I eat a lot of cooked vegetables- broccoli, cauliflower, turnip, green beans, etc…. I like to use butter on them, I just really like the taste of butter! Sadly I want to stop eating it and make some healthier choices. I found a vegan butter that was good but it was made of soy and I don’t like using soy products. What else can I use to mimic the butter taste, that’s fat free and not made of soy?
