I’m on a grain free diet as much as I can manage. No rice except for wild. No corn, no bread or tortillas or croutons etc. No quinoa. No grain fed meat. I’m only just beginning tho. I have mild arthritis and a pea size ganglion cyst and it’s hurting my arthritis like exacerbated it. So I’m trying this anti inflammatory diet as best as I can. I started in b vitamins, d3, and vitamin c. My mom.said those are the ones that everyone can take and.you can’t have too much. Those are pretty generic for anyone. But I started them yesterday morning and again today. How long before I start to see results. And what are the results? I don’t feel I am d3 deficient by what I read but my mom said you can’t have too much of it and everyone can take it generically like anyone can do it. And idk but I have expected and everyone with it is said to be b12 deficient. I am tired and brain foggy. So maybe. Idk about c tho. Bit mom said it can’t hurt on any of them. How long before I see results and what are the results to look for?
As for how long before you see results, it varies (on the vitamin or mineral being taken, whether you actually have a deficiency or not, quality of the supplement you purchases, how you take it, etc). Most likely weeks or longer, if at all (you may never actually see or feel any different after taking vitamin supplements for a long time). Per the source site: ” it’s widely believed that it can take between four and six weeks for people to notice the effects of natural dietary supplements and vitamins, regardless of why they’re taken.”
You can’t have too much because those vitamins are water soluble, and any excess just goes out in your urine.
How long it takes to see results depends on how deficient you actually are.
Unless you have a deficiency, taking vitamins just results in you pering vitamins.
The effects to look out for? Odd coloured urine.
